Seminary humor…
It’s hard to imagine that I’ve spent more time playing Soccer than anything else in my life, even more than software development.
I love the game. I seriously mean that. My heart literally stops when I see the execution of an “immaculate strike.”

…
I have no idea how people come up with this nonsense…

I’m a day late… which is typical of me. I’m not very punctual. Honestly.
But, instead of blogging, I spent yesterday just hanging out with my wife, which was awesome.
Relaxing.

I recently had the privilege of writing a small piece for Bible Study Magazine for the May/June 2010 issue.
I’ll have to admit, it’s definitely a different experience (and process) writing for a more “traditional” publisher than my personal blog.
But I’m super-appreciative of the support, encouragement, and opportunity from @JohnDBarry!
Is it even possible to “control” one’s first impressions?
If you know how, please let me know…!
I apparently give off a really bad first impression. What this means is that it’s not the one that I’d love to have. Instead, it’s something entirely different.
Doh.
My wife has said it best:
You’re just intense.
What she’s really saying is that, in a nice way, I can come off as a being cold or even a jerk.
Dangit.

@Dewde masterfully practiced the art of helping conference goers park for the Drive Conference @ North Point the past few days as a member of the Parking Team.
He was very good at it…

My daughter already knows how to “chill.”
She’s apparently an expert already: Grab any piece of electronic equipment, your favorite stuffed animal, lounge on the closest bed and rock some tunes.
Pro.
I mean, she’s even crossing her legs…!
Hilarious.
