I was actually thinking this last night as I closed my laptop for the last time (only to open it up a few hours later) that it would be nuts for someone to have their entire job be Twitter.

And here it is: Pizza Hut is hiring a Twitter Intern, or Twintern.

Can you imagine that type of job?

Would you do it (if it was FT and paid well)?

I could not imagine tweeting menus, customer actions, etc all day – unless there is something more to it.

I think this could be a smart move from a marketing perspective. Keep people up to date and excited about a product…or have people be able to tweet in their order…who knows but it could end up good for Pizza Hut. I think it is very cool that they are taking a risk

Sounds like they should have a team of part timers doing it, rotating the tweeps. Otherwise, the account will take the personality of the tweep, not the company.
