When in Trial, consider…
- He brought me here. It’s His Will I am in this straight place. In that fact I will rest.
- He will keep me here in His love and give me grace to behave as His child.
- Then He will make the trial a blessing, teaching me the lessons He intends for me to learn.
- In His good time, He will bring me out again, how and when He knows.
So let me say: I am…
- Here by God’s appointment.
- In His Keeping.
- Under His training.
- For His Time.
Consider these Passages:
- Psalm 23
- 2nd Cor. 12:7-10
- James 1:2-8
- Ecc. 3:1-13
This was given to me to read by a man I’ve just gotten to know, John Woodall, here at North Point Ministries. He’s the man.

That's strong, John. Perfect stuff for renewing your mind.
john woodall is the man. so are you.
We do need these reminders, not occasionally but with the same constant drumbeat that the trials themselves can try to beat us down with.
i'm gettting “beat”!
Encouraging,
yet hard.
it punched me in the gut but lifted my spirits. i like that.
similiar to a late night conversation i had w/mrs. that finished at 12:30 a.m.
mine finished at 2:30am last night. or morning…
My heart sits at a point of awe. God working thru John – we are blessed! Thank you!
sure. i'm blessed when others are blessed. i like how that works.
John, thanks for the reminder and encouragement. The James passage is one of my favorites. Have a great day!
