Giveaway: PDF Converter Ultimate for OSX

I haven’t done a giveaway in a while now, have I? Doh! I typically try to get you some free loot at least once a month (besides the content, of course)!

Well, PDF Converter Ultimate, a super-simple PDF conversion tool for Mac OS X (there is a Windows version, but I only have keys for Mac… sorry!) gave me four keys to share with some of my community here!

I also checked the application out myself and found it to be (wait for it…) just as advertised: Simple and easy to use.

I quickly threw in some test PDFs and began to convert them into HTML ePub, images, and even Word documents and plain text. It worked like a charm – ta da! Done.

You can even select ranges of pages to convert and do batch-conversion.

Now, I began to wonder why someone would pay $50 for an application like this and I quickly remembered how expensive Adobe Acrobat Professional can be – anywhere form $139 to a few hundred dollars or more (depending on version). If you don’t need the full power of Adobe Acrobat Professional and just need some conversion utility this is an obvious cheaper alternative.

Oh, and yes, I do have Adobe Acrobat Professional but I have version 9.0 which was released in 2008…! Even I’m not inclined to spend all that cash to upgrade!

So, if you’re in need of a quick and simple PDF conversion utility for Mac OS X then feel free to enter into this giveaway!

  • Leave a comment sharing your thoughts about PDF technology in general. I’m sure you have some thoughts and/or experiences!

I’ll be giving away 4 license keys on Friday, so stay tuned. Quick turn-around here!
