How We Remember

When you think of your parents… what comes to mind?

Were they caring and kind… or harsh and abrasive? Were they calm and collected or stressed and “on edge” most of the time? Were they available or distracted and busy?

Just What I Do

I’ve been publicly blogging since 2001¬†and there’s only one thing that I’ve been doing more than that: Writing software.

But, at this point, it’s kind of just “what I do,” if that makes sense. I wake up every morning and before my head hits the pillow I’ve published¬†at least once.

Getting Better

Progress can seem interminably slow at times… especially when it relates to things that hit you psychologically and emotionally.

Things like family health and illness. These things never get “fixed” fast enough.

1,000 Posts in 109 Days…

Ya’ll… (can I say that? eww….)…

Today is a big day for us as we’ve just published the 1,000th article on Decentralized TV! And, we’ve done it in just 109 days, averaging 9.2 articles / posts a day.

That’s kind of insane, if you think about it.

One of the things that Peter and I talked about in the very beginning was the idea that if we wanted to really become a leader in the space… if we really wanted to get noticed so that we could help be a serious and valuable contributor to the crypto-space… that we’d have to work harder than everyone else.

Honestly… I’m not sure that anyone works harder than us and this community! We think we’ve got one serious shot at making a huge difference in the bitcoin and blockchain space… and we’re taking it as seriously as we can.

And, of course, the way that we’re able to do that is through the amazing support of you all here on Patreon. Without your support we wouldn’t be able to focus so much of our time and attention on these things that we believe really matter.

So, thank you. Thank you for allowing us to serve you as we build value for all of us together.

Here’s to another 1,000 posts… and beyond. This is going to be a fantastic year!

[PATREON ONLY] – Yen Use Case #6 – ICO? Connect with Supporters, Give Behind the Scenes Info?

One final use case to think over.

It’s worth reminding you all that…

1. Nothing is set in stone! These are all beginning conversations that we’re having with you all about what we feel is an opportunity! And not all use cases will make it into the final product (obviously)… we’re gauging interest data from some of our more dedicated community members (you!).

2. We love the feedback… this is how the best products get built… and we want to know how you feel about a different kind of exchange.

3. All feedback is good feedback. Period.

4. We’ll have more screenshots to share about concept pieces soon… but many of you are on the right track.

5. This is the greatest time to be alive.

Miss live-streaming… but, I’ll have more info on that soon…
