Coffee Reduction

I’m attempting to drink less of my favorite brew. I’m not sure how to do this well since I’ve tried and it really hasn’t worked out too well.

I typically drink Ventis in the morning. One Venti and then perhaps a Grande. Is it as simple as reducing the quantity? Do I go to one Grande beverage and then stick with it?

I typically have one in the afternoon as well. I’m not sure how I’ll make it without this one but I’d love to.

Why? I want to reduce my dependency on these things. I love¬†coffee – I just don’t want to be mastered by it.
