A Familiar Friend

I was able to shoot out the third issue of my new newsletter, http://brain.みんな, and I’m really enjoying the familiar experience of writing in that medium and with that specific mindset.

I’d love for your subscription!

The thing that I love the most about this particular format is that it feels really personal — like a conversation with a familiar friend (over ☕ or 🍵 perhaps).

It’s not that I don’t have a very similar if not altogether identical tone and voice here on the blog (and hopefully my vlog) but the medium really commands something different out of me, a deep sense of respect for people’s time, especially their respective email inbox(es).

Secondly, as a direct consequence of how I approach writing the newsletter, it naturally feels much more personal as well — even the today’s issue had pictures that I’m not sure I’ve ever shared publicly before.

There’s something going on in my life with how I think and feel about the content that I create and produce; I’m not sure what the outcome(s) will be, but, I’m very interested to see how it all plays out.

Maybe you’ll watch as it all comes together (or falls apart).
