Being happy and healthy is a practice.

And why isn’t it a part of education? I think it should be. The hacker mindset. The hacker way. It’s a mindset and not a system.

I love what Logan has to say about education and I’m encouraged that there are other parents out there that have similar views on how they can provide the best environments for their children to learn.

It’s videos and messages like this that encourage my wife and I confident that our own decision to begin homeschooling is the right decision. Sir Ken Robinson’s TED Talk is also a firm reminder as well (and one that really got us thinking when I first saw it a while back):

Happy, healthy, and creative. That’s what we’re going to do for our oldest and I can’t wait to get started.
