I’m not very good at interviews. I feel much more comfortable in front of a computer. I feel very exposed; there’s just not enough control in the situation as I’d like.

I think what sets apart the run-of-the-mill interviewers and those that are outrageously-amazing is their ability to make their guests feel like they are completely at home, in their own environment (even when they are not).

I’ve heard of these people but I’ve never experienced it. I wonder how you learn that skill.
