I read every line of this long-ish post on melatonin.

I regularly take a small bit of this (apparently too much though) when I’m struggling to sleep. It works like a charm.

Running an early-stage company while trying to manage 3 kids (one being a newborn that doesn’t sleep through the night) requires a bit of chemistry to make things “work” on occasion… it is what it is I guess.

But, I do appreciate learning more about the things that I put in my body.
