It’s possible that the most important thing you do today is:
- exercise
- say “i ♥️ u”
- read a 📚
- meditate / 🙏🏼
- take a nap
- have that extra cup of ☕
- not reply to that ✉️
- sing aloud
- decline a meeting
- laugh with a friend
It’s ok to not crush it every day.
