Seth, as many of you know, is a marketer’s marketer and an incredibly consistent and powerful thought leader in the online space. He’s created a significant personal brand that is worth millions, literally. But more importantly, he’s challenging difficult-to-change cultures and markets and people are listening.
In a sentence he’s simply worth talking about. I think this is the key to personal online branding: Being remarkable enough for people to talk about and share with others. You see, it’s not enough to have a personal online brand – you must ultimately do something with it and attract people to your cause and your work.

I love that.
You see, it’s just human nature to be biased, to doubt, and to be anxious of other people who spend a lot of time talking about themselves. Those that manage this best spend their time not just talking but doing – doing great work that’s worthy enough of buzz, attention, and excitement.
In fact, those that do this really well don’t have to do much talking at all – other people talk about them instead.
