@timwco & I meet every two weeks to discuss the project and this past week we both found ourselves too busy to actually get on a call for 20-30 minutes.
And, even as I type that, I have mixed feelings because half of me thinks that we definitely could have met and chatted through the project and the other half is glad that we’re not taking this so seriously as to be uncomfortable.
Where I sit today, a few days post-scheduled meeting, is that we made the right call to
skip last week’s chat — a “side project” is exactly that — a side project and it’s going to be the first thing that get cut when life gets busy.
That’s okay; just skip the meeting. There will be plenty more.
