This looks to be very promising. Walking through this ebook this week. So glad it’s free.
I took classes in end-user psychology and design for my undergraduate degree – at the time the iPod was still very much the rage and touch devices were not – times have changed so much since then and it’s hard to imagine a world without them.
UX design isn’t something I specialize in – but none of us have to be experts to know what intuitively works and what doesn’t. Just look at the apps on your iPhone or mobile device and you can begin to find patterns of design behavior suited to you (being human) and your own personal style (personality, function, aesthetic).
But we can always be more educated on how to best see things rightly when it comes to building for others.
